Shipping Policy

We deliver across India (Pan India). We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat through our courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered in 3-7 business days, depending on your location. These timelines are estimates and may be longer for remote locations, during festivals and sale periods, or because of weather, courier or other circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries are usually made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges

We offer complimentary shipping on orders of ₹999 and above. For other orders, the shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout before you make payment.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.

Receiving your order

Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to receive your delivery, please arrange for an alternative person such as a family member, colleague or neighbour. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods received by an alternative person.

Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of placing the order.

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are complete and correct when you place your order.

Damaged or missing items

If the shipment packaging is visibly damaged, tampered with or resealed, please do not accept it and let us know. Any damage, shortage or wrong item must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. ARWA Essential is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
